Eligibility for Refunds

- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

Refund Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mangaiproducts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, please send the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@mangaiproducts.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Replacement Items: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement.
